You love Pesach.
But sometimes, it feels like too much to carry.
The cooking.
The cleaning.
The kids.
The finances.
The planning.
The pressure.
So many things at once.
All sitting on your shoulders.
And when life feels that heavy, even things you want to do can start to feel impossible.
We are just a week and a half away from Pesach.
When Moshe came to tell Bnei Yisrael that Hashem was about to take them out of Mitzrayim, they could not hear him because of kotzer ruach va’avodah kashah.
They were so crushed by the weight of what they were carrying that they could not even take in the words of redemption.
That feeling is not so foreign.
When you are carrying too much, you cannot hear clearly.
You cannot think clearly.
You cannot see clearly.
You cannot move clearly.
When there are financial struggles, health struggles, too many responsibilities, too much pressure, and too much emotional weight, you can become almost paralyzed.
Even one small thing can feel like too much.
Even a simple favor can feel overwhelming.
One more straw can break the camel’s back.
And in this case, we are the camel.
But that was not the end of the story.
A year later, after the makot, after Hashem made fools of Pharaoh and the Egyptians, the bitachon of Bnei Yisrael had grown so much that they were ready to take the Korban Pesach, the god of the Egyptians, and slaughter it publicly.
They walked into the sea.
The sea split.
They pointed and said, “Zeh Keili v’anveihu.”
And then they became ready to receive the Torah.
What changed?
It was not that Hashem became more powerful.
It was not that the world became less intimidating.
It was that they were no longer trapped inside the crushing weight of what they saw in front of them.
That is what bitachon does.
Bitachon lifts the burden of feeling like everything depends on you.
It helps you stop living only inside the pressure of the moment and start seeing the deeper reality:
Hashem is here.
Hashem is involved.
Hashem is not limited by what looks impossible.
And when you begin to live with that, everything changes.
Not because your responsibilities disappear.
But because you stop carrying them alone.
Here is one small practice for this week:
The next time you feel overwhelmed, pause and ask yourself:
What am I carrying right now that I was never meant to carry alone?
Then say:
Hashem, I will do my part. But this is Yours too. Please carry what I cannot.
That shift may sound small.
But it changes the way you breathe.
The way you think.
The way you respond.
The way you live.
That is exactly why I created Unshakable.
Unshakable helps you build real bitachon so that when life feels heavy, you can stay grounded, steady, and connected to Hashem.
After Pesach, I am opening a live women’s cohort of Unshakable.
This is for the woman who feels like too much rests on her shoulders and wants to stop living with so much inner pressure.
Inside, you will train bitachon in a practical, repeatable way so it becomes more natural in real life, not just an idea you agree with.
The live cohort is $447.
Early bird pricing is $347 before Pesach.
When Joining Unshakable Live, you will also receive Opened Hands free, a 30-day guided meditation program worth $97, so you can begin right away with a powerful practice that works beautifully on its own or together with Unshakable.
If you are tired of feeling like it all depends on you, this is for you.
Join the women’s cohort here. (Men’s cohort coming soon)
If you want to start now and go at your own pace, get the self-guided version of Unshakable here for $97 before Pesach. It will go up to $197 after Pesach.
With brachah,
Amir
P.S. If you know a woman who is carrying a lot right now and would benefit from this, feel free to share this to her.
