You Can’t Serve While You’re Stressed
“Trust in Hashem allows a person to truly serve Him.”
Chovot Halevavot – Shaar Habitachon
Let Go So You Can Lean In
You can be standing in the middle of davening while your mind is still having a conversation with tomorrow.
Money. Health. A decision. A child. An answer you’re waiting for.
You want to be present with Hashem, but part of you is busy trying to figure everything out.
Stress steals your focus.
Bitachon gives you permission to stop carrying the whole future at once. When you trust that Hashem is handling your life, you create space to focus on what He is asking from you right now.
Reflection
True service needs presence.
Fear pulls you into the future. Worry drags you into the past. Bitachon brings you back to now.
You do not need to solve everything in this moment.
You can ask: “What does Hashem want from me right now?”
Today’s Avodah
Before doing one mitzvah today, whether it is davening, learning, or helping someone, pause and think of the thing that is pulling your mind away.
Say: “Hashem, I trust You with the rest. Let me show up fully for this.”
Then give that one mitzvah your full attention.
Carry today’s avodah with you and return tomorrow.

What is Habitachon?
Habitachon helps you build a daily practice of growing in bitachon: one Torah insight, one reflection, and one practical avodah, in about one minute.
The one minute is your daily minimum. The goal is not to finish more content. It is to return each day and gradually bring more trust in Hashem into real life.
Start with the guided seven-day beginning. Choose a dependable daily moment, protect the one-minute minimum, and then continue with the current Habitachon lesson each day.
Bitachon is a muscle. Habitachon helps you strengthen it every day.
