Habitachon: Build the Bitachon Habit

A Hashem's Got You daily practice
Daily Habitachon

Day 80

When You’re Trying to Rush the Answer

The soul becomes troubled trying to make earlier what Hashem delayed, or increase what He made small.

Chovot Halevavot – Shaar Habitachon

Some Pressure Comes From Fighting the Timing

There are times to follow up, work harder, or fix something. Rabbeinu Bachya is describing the pressure that comes from trying to force what Hashem has timed differently. You send another message, run the situation again in your head, and keep pushing because waiting feels unbearable. Ask what actually belongs to you today. Do that. You do not have to drag tomorrow into today.

Reflection

Where am I creating extra pressure because I want the answer sooner?

Today’s Avodah

Choose the next responsible step. Do it once, then leave the timing with Hashem.

Today’s rep is complete.

Carry today’s avodah with you and return tomorrow.

Bitachon needs daily reps

What is Habitachon?

Habitachon helps you build a daily practice of growing in bitachon: one Torah insight, one reflection, and one practical avodah, in about one minute.

The one minute is your daily minimum. The goal is not to finish more content. It is to return each day and gradually bring more trust in Hashem into real life.

Start with the guided seven-day beginning. Choose a dependable daily moment, protect the one-minute minimum, and then continue with the current Habitachon lesson each day.

Bitachon is a muscle. Habitachon helps you strengthen it every day.
