Habitachon: Build the Bitachon Habit

Daily Habitachon

Day 101

A Slow Season Doesn’t Mean You Chose Wrong

Source idea: Stay with suitable work through its sweet and difficult parts, even when income pauses for a time.

Chovot Halevavot – Shaar Habitachon

A Rough Stretch Is Still a Rough Stretch

A quiet month can make you question everything. Maybe I picked the wrong field. Maybe I need to change direction immediately. Rabbeinu Bachya says that when a form of work genuinely fits a person, there will still be sweet parts and hard parts, including times when parnassah slows down. A slowdown deserves attention. It does not automatically erase everything you knew about the fit before it happened.

Reflection

Am I making a big decision mainly because this season feels uncomfortable?

Bitachon needs daily reps

What is Habitachon?

Habitachon helps you build a daily practice of growing in bitachon: one Torah insight, one reflection, and one practical avodah, in about one minute.

The one minute is your daily minimum. The goal is not to finish more content. It is to return each day and gradually bring more trust in Hashem into real life.

Start with the guided seven-day beginning. Choose a dependable daily moment, protect the one-minute minimum, and then continue with the current Habitachon lesson each day.

Bitachon is a muscle. Habitachon helps you strengthen it every day.
