Five Things Have to Become Clear
There are five prerequisites whose truth must become clear for a person's trust in Hashem to be complete.
Chovot Halevavot – Shaar Habitachon
Trust Gets Stronger When It Makes Sense
Chapter 3 starts with a useful idea. Stronger bitachon is not only about trying harder to feel trust. Rabbeinu Bachya says there are five things that need to become clear to us. That changes the work. When your trust feels weak, you do not have to push yourself to believe harder. You can learn, think, and find the specific part that still feels unclear.
Reflection
What part of trusting Hashem feels least clear to me right now?
Today’s Avodah
Write down that one question. Keep it with you as we move through the five foundations.
Carry today’s avodah with you and return tomorrow.

What is Habitachon?
Habitachon helps you build a daily practice of growing in bitachon: one Torah insight, one reflection, and one practical avodah, in about one minute.
The one minute is your daily minimum. The goal is not to finish more content. It is to return each day and gradually bring more trust in Hashem into real life.
Start with the guided seven-day beginning. Choose a dependable daily moment, protect the one-minute minimum, and then continue with the current Habitachon lesson each day.
Bitachon is a muscle. Habitachon helps you strengthen it every day.

Build the Bitachon Habit
Begin with a guided seven-day journey, then continue growing with one short Habitachon lesson each day.
