Where Is the Trust Actually Sitting?
Make Hashem alone the one you rely on, without joining a created being with Him in your trust.
Chovot Halevavot – Shaar Habitachon
Use the Help. Watch Where Your Heart Goes.
You can call the doctor, ask for advice, work the plan, and follow up on the opportunity. Those things matter. Rabbeinu Bachya asks a different question: where is your trust actually sitting? A tool can become so important that your peace starts depending on it. Notice when that happens. Use what Hashem put in front of you, and move the weight of the outcome back to Him.
Reflection
What person or tool has started carrying too much of my trust?
Today’s Avodah
Use it today, then say: “Hashem, I’m using this help. My trust is with You.”

What is Habitachon?
Habitachon helps you build a daily practice of growing in bitachon: one Torah insight, one reflection, and one practical avodah, in about one minute.
The one minute is your daily minimum. The goal is not to finish more content. It is to return each day and gradually bring more trust in Hashem into real life.
Start with the guided seven-day beginning. Choose a dependable daily moment, protect the one-minute minimum, and then continue with the current Habitachon lesson each day.
Bitachon is a muscle. Habitachon helps you strengthen it every day.
