Let Your Heart Catch Up to Your Words
It is not fitting to claim trust in speech when the heart itself is not relying on Hashem.
Chovot Halevavot – Shaar Habitachon
Saying It Is Only the Beginning
The words “I trust Hashem” can be helpful. Rabbeinu Bachya asks for more than the sentence. He wants the trust to reach the heart. That takes practice. When you catch yourself saying the words while your mind is still racing, do not fake certainty. Slow down and choose one thought or action that matches the trust you are trying to build.
Reflection
What would the next five minutes look like if my actions matched the trust I am saying?
Today’s Avodah
Say, “Hashem, I trust You with this.” Then make one small choice that matches those words.
Carry today’s avodah with you and return tomorrow.

What is Habitachon?
Habitachon helps you build a daily practice of growing in bitachon: one Torah insight, one reflection, and one practical avodah, in about one minute.
The one minute is your daily minimum. The goal is not to finish more content. It is to return each day and gradually bring more trust in Hashem into real life.
Start with the guided seven-day beginning. Choose a dependable daily moment, protect the one-minute minimum, and then continue with the current Habitachon lesson each day.
Bitachon is a muscle. Habitachon helps you strengthen it every day.

Build the Bitachon Habit
Begin with a guided seven-day journey, then continue growing with one short Habitachon lesson each day.
