When the Problem Feels Too Big
The third factor is strength, so no obstacle can stop him from doing what the trusting person needs.
Chovot Halevavot – Shaar Habitachon
Can He Actually Handle This?
Someone can care about you and still be unable to help. Rabbeinu Bachya says trust also needs ability. We forget this when a problem starts looking huge. The economy feels stuck. The doctor has no answer. A door closes. Those limits are real for us. They do not define what Hashem can do.
Reflection
What have I started treating as too hard for Hashem to handle?
Today’s Avodah
When that problem comes up today, say, “Hashem can handle what I can’t.”
Carry today’s avodah with you and return tomorrow.

What is Habitachon?
Habitachon helps you build a daily practice of growing in bitachon: one Torah insight, one reflection, and one practical avodah, in about one minute.
The one minute is your daily minimum. The goal is not to finish more content. It is to return each day and gradually bring more trust in Hashem into real life.
Start with the guided seven-day beginning. Choose a dependable daily moment, protect the one-minute minimum, and then continue with the current Habitachon lesson each day.
Bitachon is a muscle. Habitachon helps you strengthen it every day.
