Day 36

Bitachon in Famine: How Trust in Hashem Sustains You

“One who trusts in Hashem will not lack food in famine.”

Chovot Halevavot – Shaar Habitachon

Faith Feeds the Body and the Soul

Bitachon is not only a spiritual idea. It changes the way a person lives through physical need.

Even in hard times, Hashem can make arrangements for the one who trusts Him.

Bitachon does not mean ignoring reality. It means knowing that when the usual systems fail, Hashem has not failed.

He can still feed, provide, and sustain.

Reflection

When the world cuts supply, Hashem is not cut off.

Today’s Avodah

Say before a meal today:
“Hashem, thank You for feeding me, and thank You for reminding me that You are the One who sustains me.”

Bitachon needs daily reps

What is Habitachon?

Habitachon helps you build a daily practice of growing in bitachon: one Torah insight, one reflection, and one practical avodah, in about one minute.

The one minute is your daily minimum. The goal is not to finish more content. It is to return each day and gradually bring more trust in Hashem into real life.

Start with the guided seven-day beginning. Choose a dependable daily moment, protect the one-minute minimum, and then continue with the current Habitachon lesson each day.

Bitachon is a muscle. Habitachon helps you strengthen it every day.
